How to Buy
Just select a product category from the left and then click "Add to Cart" to purchase a product. A quick & simple free registration is required before completing purchases, which enables you to track your order status, and for us to contact you regarding any product or delivery details. At the end of the checkout process our banking details will be displayed, along with handy links to common internet banking sites. To find out more about a product, just click the "Ask a question about this product" button on the product page.

Shipping & Insurance
Shipping is charged at a nominal R45 per product. A surcharge may apply for outlying areas. We make use of several leading courier companies, which means your product should always arrive safely and timeously. Some deliveries may be to the counter so be sure to check your local post office.

Stock Availability
The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. Should a stock issue arise, you will be informed immediately and alternate arrangements will be made. We do not believe it is right to wait a week then be told there is no stock! If the product (or a suitable alternative) can not be sourced within 7 days, the customer will be refunded the product purchase price.

Returns & Refunds
Incorrect purchases should be returned to us in an unopened and saleable condition within 7 days for a refund (less courier charges), subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. All returns are at the discretion of management of Flysoftwarehouse (Flyweb CC SA).

Please note: No exchange or refund will be given on opened software & games (this is an industry standard).
