Terms of Trade

Flysoftwarehouse shall only be liable to refund monies already paid by the user, less any applicable charges including, but not limited to, payment processing charges. Flysoftwarehouse shall take all reasonable efforts to maintain correct prices. However, should errors occur and items are offered at incorrect prices, Flysoftwarehouse will not be obliged to sell goods at such incorrect prices and shall only be liable to refund monies paid, less any applicable charges such as courier & payment processing charges.

Registration is provided at no cost to you and does not obligate you to purchase any products or divulge financial information such as credit card numbers or bank account details. You will receive a confirmation email detailing your new account and welcoming you to the website. Confirmation emails typically arrive within the hour. Time & Place of Agreement
Agreement as to the terms of use and terms and conditions of Flysoftwarehouse shall be deemed to have been accepted by you at the first visit of the Flysoftwarehouse (www.Flysoftwarehouse.com) website, and thereafter confirmed on each visit. The said agreement shall be deemed to have taken place in Durban, South Africa. As this site is hosted, controlled and operated from the Republic of South Africa, it is therefore governed by South African law.
